Update

I took Kenny to see his Pediatrician and sure enough, he has an ear infection, sinus infection and to top it off he has his bottom 18 month molars trying to break through his gums! No wonder he is miserable! We put him on medicine for his ear infection, but there is nothing to do for a sinus and teeth so hopefully he will feel better before Saturday! As of this morning, he looks and seems to feel better already.
