Daddy and Kenny's trip to the Zoo

This morning Kenny decided to take the little guy to the zoo and let me sleep in since I have not been getting much sleep the past few weeks. They got up and were out the door by 9am. The first stop was the train ride at Herman Park. Kenny LOVES to ride this train and it was great that Kenny had a chance to enjoy it with him. Next they were off to the Houston Zoo where they wondered around looking at all the animals. We usually have Kenny in a stroller but today he walked the entire zoo and from the looks of the picture below he was exhausted by the time they made it back to the car, almost 2 hours later. He even took a 3 hour nap when he got home. They both had a great morning and spent some much needed quality time together....and I got some rest!!
