Trying new things

Over the past few days we have noticed Kenny trying some new and exciting things.

The most exciting thing he is trying to do is CRAWL!!! Yes, he is up on his knees and scoots forward and backwards using his forearms. He get frustrated because he can't crawl. I have a feeling our little guy will be on the move with in the next few weeks.

Another exciting thing (at least for us) is he's determined to hold his own bottle. He tries to take it from us when we feed him and he already has figured out how to put it in his mouth.

We're still working on the rice cereal, but he's just not to happy about it. I think each time we try to feed him we make a little more progress.

He is starting to become very aware of what's going on around him too. Yesterday we spent the afternoon at a gymnastics place for our Nephew Tanners 4th birthday. of course Kenny could not go into the gym area but we watched all the kids play from the huge window. He was so excited watching all of the kids play.

If you remember I mentioned in an earlier post that we bought him a jumperoo. Well when we brought it home Kenny could not touch the floor so we used a pillow under his feet. Well he as grown so much and can now touch the floor. This is really helping his legs get stronger and he just loves it when we try to get him to stand.

Out little guy is growing up so fast. As soon as he starts to crawl I will shoot video and post to this site.
